CLU GULAGER | 93

The TV shows and horror films from the ’60s and ’80s wouldn’t have been complete without Clu Gulager. The now 93-year-old star used to dominate the small screens with his works in the hit TV series The Tall Man and The Virginian. He then had a second career as a part of major horror productions, like The Return of the Living Dead and A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy’s Revenge.

Of course, Gulager has also had his fair share of movie projects. He was part of Don Siegel’s 1964 movie The Killers, which was also his first-ever film role. He also appeared in Winning in 1969 with Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, followed by McQ in 1974 opposite John Wayne. Fast forward to today, Gulager’s last movie credit was in Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood with Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Margot Robbie. It must be tearful for his fans to know that Clu likes to stay far from the camera now.
