HULK HOGAN | 67

Though Hulk Hogan is now retired, he still gets credits for being the “most recognized wrestling star worldwide.” Ever since he debuted in the late ‘70s, he instantly became the most popular wrestler of the ‘80s. The now-67-year-old star gained international stardom when he became a part of the World Wrestling Federation (now World Wrestling Entertainment). His image as the heroic All-American also helped the rise of professional wrestling in the ‘80s. At the time until the ‘90s, Hogan made a lot of histories and records in this business.

Aside from wrestling, Hogan also ventured into the acting world. He was the antagonist in the 1982 movie Rocky III. He also has a number of movie projects, TV shows, commercials, and video games. Hogan has dominated the entertainment world in general though he officially retired in 2012, leaving an incredible legacy that is hard to match.
