GEORGE LUCAS – $28 MILLION
In this day and age, it’s a huge shock if you encounter someone who doesn’t have the faintest idea of who George Lucas is. Credits to his genius, his legacy is not one to be taken lightly as he is among the very few people in Hollywood to have created a cultural phenomenon that took the world by storm and stood the test of time. Through the Star Wars franchise, Lucas raised a generation of die-hard fans and made billions while he was at it. He made several short films, such as Electronic Labyrinth THX 1138 4EB, which won first prize at the 1967-68 National Student Film Festival.
Where does he put his billions? Real estate, of course. In 2019, Lucas purchased a gorgeous beachfront home in Carpinteria, California, for $28 million. The property is ultra-exclusive that not much is known about its amenities. However, we’re sure it’s nothing short of opulent.
