Kirstie Alley is an American actress who has always been struggling with her weight. During this time, she decided to keep the weight off for good. Alley went on an organic diet and she showed this weight-loss journey in the reality series Kirstie Alley’s Big Life. She lost 100 pounds and she was able to maintain her weight compared to before making her health insurance company happy in the process.
