The season 15 winner emerged from the popular show a shadow of what she once was when she first appeared on the show. She speaks out that it was much more essential for her to get back into shape and she gave credit to her tremendous fitness plan and diet program, which has helped her achieve not just a slimmer physique, but a healthier body as well.
