Dana Perino & Peter McMahon – 22 Years
Dana Perino came to prominence as a commentator for Fox News and as a co-host of the network’s talk show, The Five. But even before that, she has worked in the government as a staff assistant for Rep. Scott McInnis and a press secretary for Rep. Dan Schaefer. Dana then went on to become the Department of Justice’s spokesperson in 2001 and rose to the position of Deputy Press Secretary from 2007 until 2008. Today, she serves as the editorial director for Crown Forum and as a book publishing executive at Random House, outside her career as a commentator.
Born in Evanston, Wyoming, on May 1972, Dana attended the Colorado State University-Pueblo. There she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, minoring in both Spanish and political science. She married Peter McMahon in 1998, and they have no kids together.
