News anchor and television personality Robin Meade is renowned for being the lead news anchor for Morning Express with Robin Meade. Born Robin Michelle Meade in New London, Ohio, she won Miss Ohio and soon began a broadcasting career with local stations. She earned her degree from Ashland University, where she majored in radio/television production and minored in political science. In her career in the news, she garnered a regional Emmy Award for her efforts in covering the 1995 collision between a train and a school bus in Fox River Grove, Illinois.
