Judy Sheindlin & Jerry Sheindlin – 42 Years
We all know Judy Sheindlin for her court show series titled Judge Judy. But prior to having a career on television, Judge Judy was a former prosecution lawyer and a former Manhattan family court judge. She finished her law studies at New York Law School in 1965 and passed the New York state bar examination that same year. She later earned a reputation as a “tough judge” and was featured in CBS’s 60 Minutes, which brought her national fame. In the ’90s, she was approached about starring in a syndicated court show, which later became a fan favorite.
Through it all, her husband, Judge Jerry Sheindlin, had been there for her. They got married in 1977. However, they separated in 1990, only to get back together again in 1991. Since then, they have maintained a loving and lasting relationship and have raised five kids together.
